Winter soup

The days of lower temperatures arrive in which it is ideal to prepare dishes that offer energy and heat. This winter soup, as the name implies, is ideal for colder days. It is a dish especially suitable for a light dinner but that provides everything you need for these winter days. Very easy to prepare and great flavor, this winter soup is an excellent option to enjoy with the whole family.

Chop the onion and garlic. Fry them in oil in a saucepan until they begin to brown.
Add the rest of chopped vegetables and 2 liters of hot water; dissolve the stock cube there.
Place over low heat and boil for 1/2 hour, Taste, salt and add grated cheese to taste.

2 zucchini
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
3 celery stalks
1/3 cup of oil
2 ripe tomatoes
basil and parsley chopped
1 cube of beef stock
